Are You Losing Customers? Then Check This …

Are you losing customers?
Doing this one thing can make all the difference!

One of the biggest problems using the Internet for business is that email addresses change.
Here at traveljunkies we have found that 12% of our emailings are returned as undeliverable, all due to the fact that the email addresses we have no longer exist.

Often businesses start using a Hotmail or Googlemail (Gmail) address but as they grow and mature many change their Hotmail or Gmail email address to their own website. e.g. info@mywebsite.com

Or when someone leaves and is replaced by somebody with a different email address i.e. john@hotmail.com becomes jane@hotmail.com.

THE BIG PROBLEM in these cases is that if you don’t tell all your contacts about the change, you’ll lose them, and this can have a serious effect on your business.

Because if mail continues to be undeliverable, to avoid being accused of spamming, the sender will most likely remove you from their system and you’ve lost a customer.

So if you change your contact details, especially your email address, make sure you let all your contacts know.
